Impossible to pour without spoiling.

The spout is so ridiculously small that you have to pour the water out very quickly to keep the water from running out of the carafe. The bottom of the mug is very uneven so when you put it on the carafe it is very slanted and looks awful. Both parts are so thin that I get scared every time I put the cup on the carafe. Will return. I really wanted to like it because it looks very nice.
