I like that they have been very thorough with their training process to ensure we understand what is required by us as customers/clients.
They are constantly thinking about how other companies do things differently but still deliver great results for our clients! The support has also always exceeded my expectations from initial contact all way up until now when it's time again for another year running this service at DMO online. There really isn't anything much more than just being an advocate / customer relationship manager which can be managed remotely so not having someone physically present means you need better communication methods - such as phone calls or video conferencing rather than emails alone where there may well be mistakes made especially if your speaking over email only instead using voice chats etc (which would make sense).
