I like that they have been very thorough with their training process to ensure we understand what is required by us as customers/clients. They are constantly thinking about how other companies do things differently but still deliver great results for our clients! The support has also always exceeded my expectations from initial contact all way up until now when it's time again for another year running this service at DMO online. I liked how their team was very helpful with all my questions throughout our project! They made it easy to have an understanding about what we needed from them as well as getting answers for any concerns or doubts that arose along way (which there were many). All in one place is great! I can see my clients progress at all times in case I miss something or forget to do something on the day! The reports are also very helpful! Very easy for me as our consultant to keep track of everything that we do. Not much dislikes but could be better if there was more choice when it comes to templates.
