I bought these blue light blocking glasses from NET-DYN because I use my phone at night to relax. I do this to distract myself from all the things I have to do the next day. I've used blue light blocking glasses to look at my bright iPhone in the dark and I'm very happy with how my eyes look when they're on. I don't blink to read an article or book, and I don't need to blink because it's too bright or "painful." The glasses sit comfortably on my face and don't get in the way like some sunglasses I try on. I really like the included glasses case and cleaning cloth.
