The best thing about taleni is that it has all of my payroll needs in one place, so I don't have to go through multiple programs for each function like W-2s or 1099's etc.. It also works with other companies as well which makes life easier when you're working remotely sometimes! Sometimes there are glitches but they usually come out pretty quickly if notified within 24 hours (at least from our experience). If someone doesn’t know how something should work at first then we can help them figure things such us where their paychecks will be sent automatically after being processed into your account vs having an option before processing date range set up manually every month/quarter ect... We use this program daily since switching over several years ago now.
