The PC works normally, but the case cover is damaged and bent.
As long as the PC works well, it's a decent machine for the money. I've bought refurbished PCs before and none of them had a warped case plate. This should at least be replaced before shipping. At the moment the computer is working fine, I will write a follow up if the computer breaks down in the future, but the seller should do something to compensate for the bent cover.
