I use the same Atra full metal razor handle that I bought when they first came out in the mid 70's. it finally clicked a bit so I decided to give this one a try when I came across a range of discounted Trac 2 blades. I like it, it's one piece, no moving parts, shaved "good", but it looks like the designer made it slippery on purpose. It's not that it's so slippery that it can't be held. It's just slippery enough to ask "why" why slippery, why haven't they knurled a little for better grip. but otherwise. Not bad at all, I've found that I often have to go through twice to get my old ancient Atra still better than a razor and cut cleaner and neater. I love the look of this dual splint and I really like that it is one piece and should last forever. I might buy another one to keep in my set.
