I really liked this camera because it is easy to use and the picture quality is good. However, I've only had this camera for 4 months and the battery won't charge. I thought the power supply was defective but Panasonic support thought the battery was defective. Guess what? Battery guarantee only 10 days! Yes, 10 days! I went ahead and ordered a new battery. 65 dollars! Today I received the battery, tried to charge it but it doesn't charge. I was right and that's a bad charger. I am calling Panasonic hoping they will send me a new charger as it is still under warranty. No way. Customer service says I have to pay to send them the adapter and they will fix it. That's ridiculous! Who knows how long it will be before they give it back to me? I now miss taking pictures of my son's soccer games because the camera is useless without a charged battery! I am very, very disappointed in Panasonic and their customer service!
