I like how it helps with our team's productivity by keeping everyone up2 date about what their teammates are doing all day long from anywhere in this world! It can be confusing sometimes but we've figured out ways around most of them so far (eg email notifications). Also love having access anytime through my phone or computer which is great for when i'm traveling etc!! Nothing really dislike yet though other than maybe its not as easy for younger kids who don't understand computers very well? We use receptivity at work mainly because if you're always aware where someone else has been throughout they shift then there would never ever end being something going wrong somewhere!
