Amazing Platform, Easy To Track Leads

The platform is amazing! I love being able to easily monitor and manage all of my leads. I have loved every second with Receptiviti. The interface is very streamlined and a breeze to learn. I have no complaints. I do believe they could add some features to make it easier to get in to. I am able to quickly get all my phone leads into my pipeline. A great tool to manage your employee absences

I love how easy it is for me as an individual or team member of mine using this software! It gives us so much freedom in terms what we can do with our work/life balance (you have multiple options). There are some features which need improvement like "inbox" but they're working hard towards those improvements too!! We've been able use all these functions at once without having any problems regarding compatibility issues between different platforms such Microsoft Excel & Power BI etc., The fact…

Receptibility - excellent software/web product

I like how it helps with our team's productivity by keeping everyone up2 date about what their teammates are doing all day long from anywhere in this world! It can be confusing sometimes but we've figured out ways around most of them so far (eg email notifications). Also love having access anytime through my phone or computer which is great for when i'm traveling etc!! Nothing really dislike yet though other than maybe its not as easy for younger kids who don't understand computers very well…

  • That way that your emails get notified to anyone whenever another member does anything within his/her time line whether he had an issue, was sick or just taking too much breaks!!! This keeps everyones lives easier especially since no one knows eachother best here anymore

Useful for identifying key customer insights

I love using receptivity as it's very easy! Our team is able to quickly get insight from our data which helps us be better at sales & customer service in general throughout every day of work (especially during those hectic weeknights!). The ability for me personally to identify trends within my conversations with customers/colleagues makes this software extremely powerful - however sometimes you'll have some days where nothing comes up so i would suggest just putting yourself out there more :)…

  • Easy access into insights that help track how well we're doing each month, year even quarter wise compared against past years' numbers.

Receptiviti - Easy way and simple tool

The best part of receptivity is its ability to get data from multiple sources in the same platform with ease. It’s also very easy to use for both employees as well as customers/clients. I have not found anything which i don't like about it yet but if you are looking out for something unique then go ahead otherwise stick to what others offer. We can now track customer sentiment at any point across their lifecycle right within our product development cycle so we know exactly how they feel when…
