I love using receptivity as it's very easy! Our team is able to quickly get insight from our data which helps us be better at sales & customer service in general throughout every day of work (especially during those hectic weeknights!). The ability for me personally to identify trends within my conversations with customers/colleagues makes this software extremely powerful - however sometimes you'll have some days where nothing comes up so i would suggest just putting yourself out there more :) Great product if used correctly but make sure not missing any chats or important discussions happening around you otherwise they can look like white noise once all chat records are synced across clients / accounts etc..
