The best part of receptivity is its ability to get data from multiple sources in the same platform with ease.
It’s also very easy to use for both employees as well as customers/clients. I have not found anything which i don't like about it yet but if you are looking out for something unique then go ahead otherwise stick to what others offer. We can now track customer sentiment at any point across their lifecycle right within our product development cycle so we know exactly how they feel when interacting with us or using our products.
