Review on Receptiviti by Brian Malith

The platform is amazing! I love being able to easily monitor and manage all of my leads. I have loved every second with Receptiviti. The interface is very streamlined and a breeze to learn. I have no complaints. I do believe they could add some features to make it easier to get in to. I am able to quickly get all my phone leads into my pipeline. I have been able to use this platform at all stages of my life. From getting them ready to close to working on qualifying them. It has been a great addition to my day. I can always count on the team at receptiviti to take care of me and my team! A huge time saver! I love how receptiveitii captures all of my data in one place (I have two separate systems). It is also easy for me as an admin. The only thing I don't like is sometimes it can take awhile before you get responses back from them if they are busy or slow down when sending information to us. We use this software to help understand our clients better by capturing their emotions during conversations with each other.
