New: Excellent customer service. I think with the help of others who bought this paper cutter I figured out how to cut the last few sheets of paper. I use card stock under the stack if I need to cut the sheets. It seems to work. Unfortunately, it turned out that at the moment the manufacturer does not sell spare parts such as new blades. I hope that changes in the future. Old review: It cuts through thick stacks of paper, but not the last few sheets. It just pushes her in. It cannot cut one or even several sheets of paper. The blade isn't straight either. I don't know if this is by design or if it was misaligned during assembly. I am about to make this purchase. I wish the blade was sharper and it came with an instruction manual.
