Review on 🎄 Vintage Nuthatch Glass Blown Ornaments for a Classic Christmas Tree – Old World Christmas Collection by Leslie Clark

When it arrived I was impressed by the beautiful 'Old World' print on the box and the decoration was well wrapped in bubble wrap and sealed with a label. This was to be a special gift for a friend who was about to leave to visit her new granddaughter and family. This beautiful bird is part of what her little granddaughter symbolizes. His design was perfect! BUT his performance was wrong. There were transparent drops of glue rising from the legs/fasteners to the head. It must have been turned upside down for a while while the glue dried and a drip came out and dried in place. What a pity! This indicates carelessness in quality control. He never had to leave the desktop. I wish I had taken a picture but I was in such a hurry to wrap it up and give it to her before she left for the Christmas holidays. She liked the beauty of the bird as it should have, but I promised her I would get a replacement. I just don't understand how a drop of glue got to the inspector. So - when you order you will be delighted with the packaging and presentation to match such a beautiful glass bird. I just hope it will be checked before packing.
