🎄 Vintage Nuthatch Glass Blown Ornaments for a Classic Christmas Tree – Old World Christmas Collection Review

Bought as a gift for very dear friends. The nuthatch has a very sentimental value to my friends and they were beyond touched by these cute decorations. They are even more valuable in person. Great purchase and great gift. I would highly recommend them for myself or as a gift.

No worse than Cherry Chickadee in detail, good colours, strong clip. I inserted the bottom branch and it looks up and out like a real one. One thing to note about Christmas decorations featuring Old World birds and animals is that they depict well and have just enough luster to really sparkle in natural and artificial light without looking ostentatious or clumsy.

I've had a hard time ordering jewelry online as I'm picky about how they are drawn, especially at this price point. These Old World Christmas decorations haven't disappointed yet! I have attached some photos so you can get a better picture of it. They aren't as blue as they appear in their picture, but they have blue in them. I am an ornithologist and these decorations seem the most realistic to me. They were well packaged and boxed in an old world Christmas box. I love it and would love to add

I have a tree for all animals. Collected for over ten years. But I just started collecting birds. This nuthatch is absolutely adorable. Body shape and posture, facial expression all suggest an inquisitive, cheeky little bird peeking out from under the branches, which I understand is natural behavior for this bird. When it arrived I was impressed by the beautiful 'Old World' print on the box and the decoration was well wrapped in bubble wrap and sealed with a label.
