To mount the Mini on this stand you must first remove the base of the Mini and then loosen the screw in the shaft. The shaft should then come loose, but be careful as the screw will hold the mic body to it, so it can come loose if you're too rough with it. Once the stem is removed you can screw in the adapter (which comes with the stand) and then screw in the silver cap to secure it to the mount. Hope that helps!
