This smartwatch replaces a very cheap watch that I bought to see if I really want to wear it or use information. The first one died and this is the next logical step. It can do a lot more than my previous one and feels very solid in construction (and thank goodness for the waterproof factor!). As some other people have reported, I had a few issues pairing the watch to my phone for the first few days, but after those initial incidents I had no problems. The watch itself is very comfortable and the battery life is amazing. (especially compared to my previous smartwatches). A little wider than we would like, though. I love the color coding of the different screens (purple for sleep, red for heart rate, green for steps, etc.) and the fact that the face has color at all! I don't use my smartwatch for messaging, checking email, etc. and I don't want these features to appear on the watch if they're disabled in the app. I would also like to be able to add other actions to the clock itself (my old clock allowed adding up to three different actions that you could add). Another wish I have is an analogue option instead of the four versions of the digital time display. The app has a real learning curve. It's pretty detailed and I still haven't figured out where everything is or how to use certain features. Sometimes it takes a while for the app to reflect the data streamed from the watch, which can be shocking when you know you've walked several thousand steps, but the app says you've only walked 63 steps. However, it is catching up. The sleep data is more accurate than my previous smartwatches I think and that is the main reason I have a smartwatch. I appreciate the variables you can program into the app (steps, sleep goals, etc.) and the fact that you can (sort of) sync it to Google Fit. The heart rate data is much more accurate than my previous watch, which is another big plus for me. Worst of all, the app is a bit confusing and cumbersome to use, and at times I felt like I was just running around in circles trying to find the information I needed. But like I said, the game has a learning curve. I don't think you will find a better and more advanced smartwatch for this price. It's a bit big and the app is a bit complex, but it's a great little tool for tracking what you're doing with your body every day. I'm very glad I ordered THIS one and I'm sure it will last a decent amount of time. I would have no hesitation in recommending this smartwatch to anyone or buying it as a gift for someone.
