First of all, I tried using the manufacturer's product support chat. and that is a big waste of time. This cable consumes electricity. After the phone is charged, it keeps discharging my large power bank overnight. When the phone is disconnected from the cable, you cannot turn off the power. Charging through this cable is quite slow even when using the 18W wall charger or the fast charge port on my power bank. None of the many devices and cable options I use with my power supply have these issues, so it's not my problem, I'm about to return.
