This thing is a bit jittery as it connects to a SATA port via the 2 or 3 adapters that come with it, but works as expected. I was a bit disappointed that the length of the lightbar was a bit shorter than I thought it would be, but that's the intended length so I'll attribute it to user error. The magnetic strip is strong enough to hold it to the case, but I think it's only as strong as it needs to be. This is the best version of this product I could find for the price at this point.
