The case itself is very durable and effective. I put it on the first day and managed to drop my phone almost at once. No problems.However, I delayed adding the screen protector. The package included no instructions, and I couldn't find any online. So I had to use video examples from other companies. While the process is mostly the same for all screen protectors, the lack of a guide frame stood out with this one. Also, what was I to do with the two small "guide stickers?" No idea. I did get the screen protector on, slightly misaligned, but the lack of instructions was disappointing.Finally, though the product advertises 100% wireless charging support, that's deceptive. It's MUCH harder to get the phone properly positioned on the charger with this case than with others I've had. More than once, I've woken up to find my phone at 10% because I missed the charger slightly when falling asleep. That never happened with previous cases.The case isn't noticeably thicker than others I've owned, but it's a tad more rubbery. That makes me wonder if there isn't some insulating property that reduces the range and effectiveness of wireless chargers. The fact it's very difficult to find the sweet spot for the Apple MagSafe Charger supports this theory. With my previous cases, I could set the phone generally on the charger and the MagSafe would snap into position. With this one, I have to get it JUST right, and even then it's not well affixed. It's not uncommon for me to have to plug in my phone in the morning to get it charged for the day.
