Bought this for my almost 5 year old as we gave him a bike for Christmas. It fits him perfectly and is of very good quality. He's not the kind of kid who needs characters or prints, so plain black worked really well. The knee pads and elbow pads were a great addition to the helmet. It used to be very difficult for us to get him to ride a bike, but now with a perfectly fitting helmet and perfectly fitting knee and elbow pads he enjoys riding. They are of very good quality and I am sure they will last us for a very, very long time. It's a durable material and my son says it's very comfortable to wear. The pads fit him perfectly and have room to grow so they can be used for as long as he needs them. To be honest this is just a super good kit at a super good price and I would definitely recommend it to any parent teaching a child to ride a bike.
