Unusable because they break immediately.
You have a very bad design or design flaws. I bought 4 packs although I only needed one which is good. During installation, the spring would shift every time the screw began to tighten and it would stop working and become unusable. I went through all four EASY installs. The last one worked for about two days until my husband turned on the vacuum and it cracked and broke again. Once the spring breaks there is no way to access the back to fix it when closed. I've seen a return. 4 out of 4 failures is not a defect but 100% a design fault.
