This is NOT a premium dog collar. I bought a medium sized black collar for my border collie mix 4 years ago. This is a beautiful collar - fits perfectly and holds up very well to everyday use in wet and cold weather. I like it so much that I wanted to buy another one in brown. But the product I just received is COMPLETELY different from what I received 3 years ago. Is this a scam? The size is really bad. The average size is too big for a border collie or other medium sized light dogs. But when I tried the small one, it was too small to fit around my dog's neck. In addition to the bad size, the quality has also declined significantly. I can't imagine the current version of this collar lasting more than 6 months. It looks light, foamy and foreign. This collar also has a lot less padding than the ones I've ordered in the past - it doesn't fit completely around the dog's neck - just a small stain on the back.
