You're kidding, aren't you? I've done three Ugears and they've been great. What happened here? It came first in a package, a plastic bag. It was sealed but I'm used to the box. The puzzle is tricky. And best of all: Number 13 was missing. And the important part. How annoying. It was step 4 or 5. How annoying. I threw it away and was annoyed for a good 2 hours.
