Review on 🥗 Efficient and Convenient Vegetable and Salad Spinner with Pouring Spout - Westmark Germany (Red/Clear) by Alex Prince

I hated that Spinner Salad. The lid doesn't hold tight and keeps coming off, both when spinning and in the fridge. A plastic screen sitting on a cog wheel constantly pops out from under the cover. The most annoying part is the handle - it takes up quite a bit of space. I was hoping that the groove in the lid meant the large handle would fall into that groove, but that's not the case. If you have a small fridge and you have to play fridge tetris to fit everything, you'll learn to hate the damn thing. Worst of all, after a few months the plastic gears started to wear out and there are little plastic whorls every time we use them. Sure, we eat a lot of salad, so it's used a lot, but we're not too fussy with spinning (too scared since the lid comes off so easily), so there's no reason to sand down the plastic. The plastic parts come out at the top and don't go into the salad drawer, but it's still very annoying. Obviously these are first world problems, but we eat tons of lettuce, which makes things worse. I would not recommend that.
