Works exactly as advertised. Used it to control the heated rearview mirrors. Turns on and stays on for 10 minutes, then turns off automatically before turning back on. It will also turn off if you turn off the car before 10 minutes has passed. Ideal for use and maintenance of mirror and seat heaters. Expensive but the switch was small and nice (not cheap or tacky), easy to mount with 2 sided tape, had adequate backlighting to indicate on/off. Connections are simple and intuitive. I saved on buying other cheaper (Chinese) modules, but they required setting the time with jumpers, the instructions were interesting (very poor English), and I still had to buy a switch. Was considering using one of my factory slots in the dashboard to add instant contact but ended up only ten bucks cheaper. I'm happy with my decision to spend a little more. I would recommend this machine and buy it again.
