Everything is fine. by price. I recommend spending more and getting the same timer devices. Since these bulbs only have one switch I leave them on so battery life isn't that great and only 5 out of 6 bulbs worked right away (even after changing the battery). One goes straight in the trash. They are not of very good quality but if you need a cheap set of garlands they will do. I don't think they will last long but they are still very good for wreaths, jars, night lights etc. Just remember you need time to turn them off (as there is no timer) otherwise you will have to Replace batteries more often.
