Review on Lexar JumpDrive M45 32GB 💾 USB 3.1 Flash Drive - LJDM45-32GBSLNA by Jacob Mayberry

Affordable data storage

I bought this disc because I needed a faster drive than a sand disc when transferring files to my PS3. I make regular transfers so I wanted to go fast. This drive costs about the same as your regular Sandisk drive. Sandisk is a major manufacturer of USB flash drives and has a good reputation. I would still recommend them if you're looking for reliability, although the warranty on this drive is the same (5 years). Speed: The drive is said to be capable of up to 250 megabytes per second, and that's for sure. However, writing is not much faster. When writing, it was tested at around 30 megabytes per second, which is slightly faster than Sandisk, but 30 megabytes per second is still slow. While the upside is that you get a much faster read speed, which is still good if you're transferring a lot of files. Heat: It gets pretty hot and instantaneous. It's not really a concern. I think it's because of the small size and it's made of metal. Since it's under warranty, you can replace it if it breaks, and presumably Lexar knows it gets hot and doesn't affect reliability. size/utility. This disk is very small. The size is smaller than the paper clip. Its width and length are several millimeters. It will be very easy to lose it, so I would recommend keeping it somewhere conspicuous. All in all, it's not a bad drive, it's a good deal, but it's not as super fast as advertised, but for the amount you're paying compared to other USB devices. Drives are much faster.
