My 20 month old loves them!
My son had a slight clubfoot so I didn't put shoes on him for a while and corrected his gait. I've tried a whole range of outdoor shoes and he always stumbles and walks like a duck and just fights back. I found flimsy soft-soled shoes that worked, but he outgrew them. Then I decided to try these. They're a bit pricey for baby shoes as I'm frugal and know they'll be undersized in no time! Now he practically walks in it and walks barefoot like at home.
