These little balloons are amazing! I had chronic upper right back pain radiating to the neck, shoulder and shoulder. It severely limited me from many simple things. My sister advised me to try these balls. She said to sit on the couch and put the ball on the pain site and lean back to press into the ball. Move a little until you feel the ball is in a painful spot. Then simply sit with your back against the ball and apply as much pressure as you can handle. I did this twice a day for about 5 minutes. After 5 days, the pain was completely gone and never came back, even after hard work that I couldn't do at all before. Tip: If you can't reach the spot on your back, use kitchen tongs to place the ball between your back and the sofa or chair. If your couch is too soft to press on, place a cutting board or something hard behind you to put the ball between your back and the couch.
