Review on Granite Gear Storm Large Regular by Jay Koterba

I haven't used this backpack case yet but I feel more confident once I have it. My backpack is Granite Gear, as are many of my accessories (bags, etc.) and their products never stop evolving. The raincoat I ordered is the size of my backpack but still quite large. Still, it's better to be too big than too small, right? I don't feel like it's big enough to leak or come loose, but I have to pull hard on the elastic to secure it around my backpack. I had a Sea to Summit cover that I borrowed from a friend and I really liked it. It seemed to fit better than the Granite Gear and did the job even in heavy rain. As mentioned, I can't comment much on my Granite Gear's ability to block rain as I haven't had the pleasure of hiking with it yet. in the pouring rain, but knowing Granite Gear I believe it will exceed my expectations.
