This really works and helped with my posture and shoulder pain too! Think their size chart runs a tad bit large, I order a med. per their chart and I have to use the tightest closure for the best results. I even ordered one for my neighbor who had shoulder surgery recently and she just received it and was really happy with how it made her shoulder feel better during her daily chores.
