Good scissors, but there are problems.
The scissors are sharp and easy to work with, but the center screw stays loose due to the use of a tiny rubber 'O' ring under the round center lock nut. If you tighten it to the point where it won't come loose when you use the scissors, the scissors won't work properly. And if you tighten it enough for the scissors to work properly, it will quickly come loose. If there was a better tensioning mechanism under the middle bolt/nut it would be a decent little pair of scissors.
