I'm not mad at it but it can be finicky. I bought this for my daughter's dorm room and she is currently using it to hold her tea, coffee, and things like that. It does serve this purpose. It's very light weight and easy to put together but it stays together based on its own friction. There are no screws or connectors of any kind. Without weight holding the bottom rack down, it doesn't stay down, it pops apart. I think a quick fix for this would be a couple of clips or something. I would take my thoughts with a grain of salt, it is possible that the one i received is just a little faulty. You can't expect everything in a factory to be made perfectly every time.
