Light with low ceilings.
Took me a while to install them as I had never done it before. Asked a few people who were. Didn't use a hole saw. I made a template from a paper template in a hard cardboard box. Cut out the hole with a drywall saw. Wear a mask and goggles. rest was easy. I bought the 5K bulbs but could have made something that isn't as bright as an old house with an 8ft ceiling. I changed the switch to a dimmer and am very happy now.
