Got one of these from my dentist many years ago. I used it once and it was vicious on my gum line (so it can be scary the first time) but the point of brushing is to clean everywhere and it does. Buy a multipack (charcoal or regular) a few months before your next harvest. Change every month or so, your hygienist will be amazed. Last time my hygienist asked me what I was using (electrics, water purifiers etc - I don't use any of those) and I popped up on my phone. She was amazed. Buying 4 or 8 pieces at once is very profitable. Love me.
