I've been baking bread by hand for a couple of years and about 15 years ago I had a bread maker. I am very satisfied with this Neretva bread maker. I cleaned it and followed the instructions to prepare the machine before using it. Everything went well. My first bread was #5 whole wheat. My power went out 32 minutes before the end of the bread cycle. Forty-five minutes later the power came back. I used "Bake Cycle" for 30 minutes. The bread turned out great, soft and delicious. After 3 days I baked another bread, it also turned out perfect. I googled "bread recipes" and made Joe's Rosemary Bread. Another perfection. My next loaves of bread will be cornmeal bread and then banana bread. It's too hot to hand bake bread in this heat, sweat is dripping on my glasses and I can't see, plus my shirt is getting wet and I'm so uncomfortable. It took a while to find this car. Every other car I looked at had unacceptably negative reviews. I got in the dirt with this bread maker. I really love love love this car. Baking bread is now incredibly easy. When removing the baking pan, rotate it counterclockwise about 5 degrees. When you put the bread pan back into the machine with the ingredients, turn it clockwise a little, it will not "lock" into place. .I have stainless steel to match my kitchen.? Did I mention how great this car is?
