Hello, I have three ThermoPro Bluetooth devices that work with the ThermoPro Sensor (Android) app. When Prime Day came around, I wanted to try the Alexa-enabled version. I love the idea of having a device in each room (living room, second bedroom, master bedroom, bathroom and kitchen). Unfortunately, I was never able to add a device after trying to use EZ and AP mode. In hotspot mode the SSID ThermoPro_XXXX never showed up on my Samsung tablet or Samsung phone or my Windows 10 workstation (yes it has WIFI and Ethernet). I called the phone number on the box! THANK YOU ThermoPro for including a phone number in printed materials and for a working voice system (unlike many other companies). This person got me to try a few things and nothing worked. Since it didn't even show up in AP (Access Point) mode, it said it was buggy. I called Revane and they sent a replacement. I will update the review or even replace it when I get the next one. UPDATE 001: I received the second block. Although I could put it in hotspot mode, I couldn't connect it to the ThermoPro Home. I called the manufacturer's phone number again and after working with me for almost 20 minutes we could only get network error 50504 (20 5G Ultra 512GB and Tab S7+ 512GB) on Android 11. I'm wondering if this is with Samsung or Android 11 and this ThemoPro device. UPDATE 001: This second person contacted their supervisor who said the device was faulty. Exchange or refund offered. I explained that I bought from Revain and this time I would go the return way. SIGH! I really wanted Alexa to know the temperature and humidity in every room. (I was hoping to end up buying enough for each room, including the bathroom.) Unfortunately, I was only able to buy one unit at the reduced Prime Day price, which is good considering I can't wire 2 of them. A suggestion for the next version: make an indoor/outdoor version with Alexa! Also, the printed material with the support phone number lists incorrect hours of operation. Actual support hours are: MON EAST (outside the Pacific Rim). Instead of 8am to 8pm, I think it's 9am to 5pm EST.
