I recently decided to melt these down and use them in my shaving bowl. Doesn't matter! The soap lathers much better and gives a really close shave, plus the smell is just ethereal. This turned out to be easier than I thought. You simply place the entire bar of soap in a ceramic shaving bowl (no metal bowls, they can't be microwaved) and microwave for no more than 10 seconds. I put mine in for 15 seconds and it turned into soup. No problem if that happens. Just let it cool for an hour or two and it will return to a solid state. A soap lasts a long time. 4 soaps will probably last you for over a year. Enjoy!
