The product description states that this light is sealed but not waterproof. There is an open hole on the back for the power wires to enter the light board, and the board itself does not have a sealed case. The tabbed lens is not water/moisture resistant. It obviously won't do that. The light sheet does not have the appearance of a gasket material around the LEDs that would prevent direct moisture access to them. The circuit board looks like a coating/seal was added after the board was assembled, but it is not applied to cover all the LEDs. Therefore, the labeling that it is waterproof may not be true if the caulking material is not properly applied in the manufacturing process.
