4.5 starts. Finally an affordable head unit with decent carplay. If you are looking for a simple Carplay head unit, this is a good choice. It loads very quickly, in fact there is an instruction manual with a connection diagram in the kit. Installed in my camper. My iPhone connected and launched Carplay as soon as I plugged it into the USB port. I deduct half a star because of the bad crimping of the yellow cable on the plug. I had to remove the pin and solder. It also does not include a frame. The one in my photos is from the standard Metra double din set and fits perfectly. The block is very light and only about 3 inches deep. Just bought another one for my Mercedes 07 SUV after trying 3 other much more expensive brands, 2 of which were DOA and 1 didn't meet the advertised specs. So I'll go with what works.
