I bought this for hands free voice recording and am happy with the price. The sound quality is average. The microphone seems to cancel out most of the ambient noise in the room, but not all. My voice is very clear but a bit flat, so it's not the ideal method of recording speech for things like podcasts. You also need to be fairly still for the mic to not pick up cable movement, but a lot of that doesn't matter if you're using it for phone calls.
