It took me 10 years to finally put a curtain between the master bedroom and the master bathroom. Wow, easy to install. Use a level to make sure both ends are even. Use an extra small nail to keep the open end from moving (if/when you take out the curtain rod from time to time). Measure your rod tips before ordering to ensure you get the correct size. I use a cheap, easily adjustable shower curtain rod and it was perfect for this, I didn't have to remove the rubber stoppers on the rod to keep my walls protected. I don't like complex projects, I bought a cheap ready made kit of light blocking curtains with large rings pre-installed in them, took a rod and hung them. Did. Very easy. Took me less than 2 minutes to hang the curtains! Brilliant! So sad I didn't do this years ago so I wouldn't wake anyone up when you turn on the bathroom light.
