Arrived broken. The main reason I bought it was that the knife can be used in my bar to decorate cocktails. The knife blade insert itself was broken in the packaging. Didn't even get a chance to test it but since it was already broken I can't imagine it would have lasted long in the bar. I should have known better and just bought regular kitchen stuff instead of something labeled 'the best in the world'.
