I sleep with AfterShokz headphones. They wrap themselves around my neck. After years of sleeping with them, I would get bruises and sores from constant pressure and friction. I have used contour pads and then hemorrhoidal pads but the bruising still occurred. When I saw this pillow I realized that this is ONE. From the first night it wasn't an improvement but really a solution. I folded the pillow into a large shape and tucked it into the pillowcase over my regular pillow. (I sleep on my side, so it was perfectly level with my shoulders.) I was able to support the top of my head and neck while my ears and AfterShokz headphones floated freely. The bruises are almost gone. When I go to the other side, I just rotate the pads so that more than the symbol becomes less than the symbol. I will always use this pillow with my AfterShokz. I am positive. I need a second one for the trip.
