Review on 🍷 Effortless and Stylish: True Twister 6" Black Corkscrew Wine Opener - The Key to Easy Bar Access by Darnell Murphy

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not perfect, a little disappointed, but that's ok.

For decades I've been using these "semi-automatic" corkscrews, where you twist clockwise and the cork is pulled all the way out of the bottle, and then counterclockwise to remove the cork from the corkscrew (vs corkscrews). Corkscrew where you twist to put the cork in and then you have to struggle to get the cork out.) The problem I had with my fourth such corkscrew is that when you twist the corkscrew you also have to squeeze it, otherwise you will the black hands of the corkscrew go down the neck of the bottle instead of removing the cork. Very distracting and beginners may not understand it at all. So I can use it with some hassle, but I'm not entirely satisfied. I should have tried the higher quality Brabantia.

Pros
  • Corkscrew and Opener
Cons
  • Expensive
