Pretty cool but pretty lousy customer service.
It took me a while to figure out how to disconnect the cleaning part from the battery, especially as there are no instructions on it other than contact the company for care instructions. But of course they don't answer, so I figured it out myself. They slide sideways and click the first time, and some pop off easily while others require little effort.
