Impact wrenches are great tools, but they have the particularity of delivering very high intermittent torque. It produces the desired effect of driving (or not driving) bolts and screws more easily than a traditional drill, but requires very high mechanical forces on the bits. The 1/4" hex is typical of impact wrenches, but not suitable for impact wrenches. Many of them simply fail due to excessive fatigue when exposed to the impact tool. Be careful when choosing impact wrench bits. These bits are for designed to work with an impact wrench I've had them for a year now but I'm not a professional user of them so I've used them less than 10 times and they still work great Recommended.
