Good staff, quick and responsive support

The ability to customize for each client! It's great that you can have different greetings depending upon which product or service they need help with at any given time (elevator repair vs pet insurance). I also love how easy it was when we had issues during COVID times - just one click fixed everything without having us wait around in queues like other companies would require!! We do not dislike anything about this program so far but only what could be improved next year as there were some minor glitches here & then such things should improve quickly once new software rolls out later into 2020+. Customer Support has been top notch throughout all stages from onboarding through implementation right now.- Customization options available via API makes customization super simple especially if needing multiple products/services under same account /client-.
